We collect what we need to run your account and ship your orders. We do not sell or rent your personal information.

What we collect

Details you give us: name, email, shipping address, phone, account password (stored only as a secure hash), order history and messages.

Payment details are entered with our payment processors and are not stored on our servers.

Technical data from your visits: IP address, browser and device type, pages viewed, time on each page and referring site, collected through cookies, similar browser storage and server logs. We measure traffic ourselves; we do not use third-party advertising or tracking scripts.

How we use it

To process and ship orders, run your account, rewards and autoship, answer support requests, prevent fraud and meet legal obligations.

To send order and shipping emails, and marketing emails if you opt in. If you add items to your cart and give us your email but do not finish checking out, we may send up to three reminders about that cart. Every marketing and reminder email has an unsubscribe link.

Who we share it with

Service providers that help us operate: payment processors, fulfillment and shipping partners, email and analytics providers. They may use your data only to provide their service to us.

Authorities when the law requires it, and a buyer if the business is sold. We do not share your data for other companies' marketing.

Cookies

We use cookies to keep you signed in, remember your cart and measure site performance. You can block cookies in your browser, but parts of the site, such as checkout, may stop working.

How long we keep it

We keep order records as long as tax and accounting rules require, and other data only as long as needed for the purposes above, then delete or anonymize it.

Your choices and rights

You can view and update your details in your account, unsubscribe from marketing at any time, and ask us to access, correct, export or delete your data. Residents of California and the EU have additional rights under the CCPA and GDPR; we honor them.

Age restriction

This site is for adults 21 and older. If we learn we have collected data from anyone younger, we delete it.
