Research Use Agreement

You accept this agreement when you enter the site and again at checkout. It applies to every order.

By purchasing, you confirm that

You are 21 years of age or older.

You are purchasing for legitimate in-vitro or preclinical laboratory research, on behalf of yourself as a qualified researcher or a research organization.

You will not use any product, or allow it to be used, in or on humans or animals, or as a food, drug, supplement, cosmetic or household product.

You have the equipment, facilities and training to handle research chemicals safely, and you have read the safety data sheet for each product.

You will not ingest any product or allow it to be ingested.

You will comply with all local, state and federal laws and your institution's policies that apply to these materials.

What we will not do

We do not sell for personal use, athletic performance, cosmetic use or compounding.

We do not provide dosing, reconstitution or administration information for humans or animals, and we will not answer questions framed that way.

Things you should know

Research-use compounds sit outside the approval pathways that govern drugs. Availability for research does not mean a compound has passed clinical trials or is safe for any use. For example, BPC-157 and TB-500 have no completed human safety trials.

Lyophilized vials are our analytical-grade format, with full lot documentation. Where other formats such as capsules or nasal sprays are offered, they are formulation-model materials and are not recommended as a primary reagent for cell culture.

Some compounds we supply appear on the World Anti-Doping Agency Prohibited List.

SCALE Performance LLC is a supplier of research chemicals. It is not a compounding pharmacy under section 503A, or an outsourcing facility under section 503B, of the Federal Food, Drug, and Cosmetic Act.

If this agreement is broken

We may cancel orders, close accounts and refuse future sales where we believe products are being bought for human or animal use. Buying under false pretenses may be treated as fraud.
