Rewards Program Terms

Earn points on every order, climb tiers as you spend, and redeem points at checkout.

Earning

Members earn 1 point per $1 spent on merchandise after discounts, multiplied by their tier. Points are added when the order ships.

Bonus points: 100 for creating an account, 50 for joining the email list, 500 when someone you refer places their first order and it ships.

Tiers

Core from your first order, Elite at $500 lifetime spend, Apex at $1,500. Lifetime spend counts merchandise after discounts on paid orders.

Redeeming

100 points are worth $5. Redeem in steps of 100 points, with a minimum of 200, for up to 30% of an order's merchandise total.

Expiry and changes

Points expire after 12 months with no account activity. Points have no cash value and cannot be transferred. We may change or end the program with notice; points already earned will remain redeemable for at least 60 days after any change.
